PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers could soon paint the words “Heinz Field” on the lower bowl seats inside the stadium after winning their court appeal, according to our news partners at TribLIVE.com.

Pittsburgh’s zoning adminstrator, along with other community members, did not want the advertisement on the seats since it would be visible from above and all around the stadium, according to TribLIVE.com.

A spokesperson for Pittsburgh told TribLIVE.com that they are reviewing the decision and have not yet decided if they will appeal.

But a Commonwealth Court opinion issued Tuesday clears the way for the team to move forward.

Heinz Field can hold more than 68,000 people.
