TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Democratic candidate Steve Kozachik has won the 2021 Ward 6 primary.

The longtime council member garnered enough votes to defeat Andres Portela and Miranda Schubert.

Kozachik will run against Independent candidate Val Romero in the Tucson City Council general election on Nov. 2, 2021.
