ATLANTA — One person is recovering from their injuries after being shot at a home in northwest Atlanta.
Police say one person was shot on Whitaker Ave. NW and taken to a nearby hospital where they are currently listed in critical condition.

Details are limited, but investigators are still working to learn what led up to the shooting.
They say the suspected shooter, who has not yet been identified, ran from the scene after the shooting. They have not released a description of the shooter.
