Prayers won’t help, but getting touch with a good neurologist and your local head injury association will. They can find resources and help tremendously. Get him home - if that’s possible at this stage - and let him start healing. The physical injuries after a brain or head, injury, are just the tip of the iceberg. Good luck!

Did the crash cause the hemorrhage? or was the bleeding in the brain that caused him to fall in the first place?
