this is why I continue to do foster care because of these Crisis. I wanted to stop being a foster parent BUT because of these types of incidents I can't stop. OUR POOR BAbies, yes it still takes a village to raise our kids.

I am sure a lot of children fell through the cracks in 2020 with no face to face school interaction. This highlights the added benefit of having eyes on children in a school setting. What those poor babies endured before they died is probably unimaginable!

I think if we look deeply into cities and communities we would find that there are many children who are not given a chance in life due to the family unit not intact, children being born into situations not consistent with good parenting, abuse, drugs and a society that promotes it.
