Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely. Target Area: Payette The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a * Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Northwestern Payette County in southwestern Idaho Southwestern Washington County in southwestern Idaho Northeastern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon * Until 300 AM MDT /200 AM PDT/. * At 1243 AM MDT /1143 PM PDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include Ontario, Payette, Weiser, Fruitland, Annex, Presley Bridge, Mann Creek Reservoir, Bear Creek Summit, Midvale Hill and Henley Basin. * Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
