Kris Jenner & Khloe Kardashian’s Hidden Hills homes ‘almost complete’ after contractor ‘CONNED them & stole deeds’

KRIS Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s Hidden Hills homes are "almost complete" after the contractor "conned them and stole the deeds."

Neighbor Jaimee Kasower, who is an event planner, shared the gift that Kris, 65, and Khloe, 37, sent her in an Instagram Story. 

The neighbor received Kendall Jenner's 818 Tequila bottle and a candle. 

A lovely letter from the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars was included. 

The message to the Kasower family stated: "Thank you for your continued patience. 

"We are almost to the finish line! Lots of love."

The short clip was captioned with hearts spreading love GIF.

'STEAL FROM ME'

Khloe and Kris were "almost" at the finish line because the KUWTK stars were allegedly "conned by a builder who ran off with the deeds to their side-by-side mansions."

Back in June during an episode of their reality show,  Khloe told her sister Kendall that she and her mother had put their mansion-building plans on hold.

The contractor that the two had hired supposedly ran off with their money and the deeds to the plots.

Khloe told Kendall: "We don't have houses currently. We ran a background check on him.

"He had a 35-page rap sheet. I told mom I was not comfortable using him. Mom wanted to still use him.

"We ended up firing him because he sucked and he was trying to steal from me and now he took our houses and they’ve been on a stand still."

'LEFT WITH OUR DEEDS'

During her confessional interview, the TV star continued: "A contractor left with our deeds, a lot of our money, and we’re not allowed to go onto our properties.

"So we can’t even have a contractor take over while we’re trying to get our deeds back or close escrow."

The mother of three-year-old daughter True explained she could not contractor to "court right now due to COVID."

Though she was"just so confused" by the situation, Kris ranted: "We're not talking about chump change here. It's gonna cost him a fortune to settle this."

A few months back, Kris and Khloe were in the middle of building two homes in Hidden Hills.

Although both houses seemed complete, the surrounding area appeared to be a building site with plenty of construction workers and cars around.

Both homes have land dug out at the back for a massive pool, which would eventually be the garden.

The Hidden Hills property boasted about 1.5 acres of land, according to Variety.

One of the houses has an eight-car garage, covered patios, a guesthouse, movie theater, gym, lounge and an office.
