(CNN) — Pandemic unemployment benefits must restart in Arkansas while a lawsuit works its way through the court system, a state judge ruled in a decision filed Thursday. On the same day, an Ohio state judge denied a similar request to restore the $300 weekly pandemic supplement to jobless residents while he considers the case.

my husband makes enough a year to keep us over the poverty line so we’re not eligible for snap or medicaid. i was working full time before the pandemic. most daycares here in ohio are not running at full capacity and don’t have room for my 1 and 5 year old only my 3 year old. without the extra $300 a week we are barely scraping by… it’s not just “deadbeats” that need the money. get off your high horse.

Do not bring bk that extra $300 a WK. People need to get a better job their are plenty of jobs available. You should not make more on unemployment then you bring home from regular weekly job.

If Ohio’s wording Doesn’t cover the Cares Act..,Then there should be NO WAY...THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO STOP THAT EXTRA $300 FROM BEING GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE....PERIOD...START THAT MONEY BACK UP TO THE PEOPLE!!. 🤬🤬
