Nigeria knew some of their athletes would fail, but hoped that everyone would still be able to compete, just like the Russian athletes participating even though Russia was banned.

Reading is fundamental. So stop assuming. These athletes didn't fail drig tests. They failed to take required tests prior to coming to the Olympics. I believe their coach and NIgeria let them down for not letting them know ahead of time but they also should've followed up themselves to make sure they met the requirements.

The Olympic committee tests everyone the same. So the testing is equal across the board. If you fail you’re out. Plain and simple. I’m not sure if the race game will be played because they are Nigerians The only ones to use the race game are American blacks.
