BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex announced Thursday that it is updating its safety guidelines to require all visitors, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, to wear masks indoors.
Officials said the change, which goes into effect Thursday, comes in accordance with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance that masks should be required in areas of high spread of COVID-19.

Walt Disney World announced Wednesday that it will again require all guests, regardless of vaccination status, to wear face masks indoors.
The updated policy states that masking is required on all attractions, attraction queues, show viewing areas, restaurants and bus transportation to the Apollo/Saturn V Center. Officials said guests who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are not required to wear face coverings outdoors.
