Meanwhile, the Maryland women’s team will also participate in the Baha Mar Hoops Event, which includes a matchup with defending champion Stanford (Nov. 27) and North Carolina State (Nov. 25), a Sweet Sixteen team this past season. The Terps also announced a home-and-home series with Baylor; they will host the Bears, the 2019 NCAA champions who reached last year’s Elite Eight, on Nov. 21, and travel to Waco, Texas, next season.

The women’s team will play at South Carolina, a Final Four team last season, Dec. 13. The Terps will open the season by hosting Longwood on Nov. 9. They will also play Villanova (Nov. 12), James Madison (Nov. 14), Mount St. Mary’s (Nov. 16), University of North Carolina Wilmington (Nov. 18) and Coppin State (Dec. 21).
