On June 23, 2023, Menounos welcomed a baby girl via surrogate referring to her child as a "miracle baby" in a US Weekly exclusive.

In an exclusive interview with People that was published on May 3, 2023, Menounos revealed her battle with Stage 2 Pancreatic cancer.

She told the outlet she underwent surgery to remove a tumor. It was successful.
