We should all be taught to say "NO" when pushed to please others. My father gave me one rule. He said I would speak my opinion to adults prior to my 18th b-day. He politely told me. Bellamarie when you are over 18 yrs old, think first, then speak up, being kind, true & is it necessary to say.

I stand behind Simone 100%. Gymnast and Athletes are pushed to be the best, you have to be in the right state of mind and body to be the best.

well she's the one that pushed herself and she finally said I've had enough. which was good. you saw it in her face at the Olympic trials
