Colby Covington slams ‘fake nice guy’ Dustin Poirier and brands UFC star’s wife Jolie a ‘Jezebel’

COLBY COVINGTON slammed 'fake nice guy' Dustin Poirier and branded his UFC rival's wife Jolie a 'Jezebel'.

Covington was once a training partner of Poirier's when he trained at American Top Team, in Florida.

But after the welterweight switched to UFC bad-boy, he turned on everyone in his way, including team-mates Jorge Masvidal, 36, and Poirier, 32.

Covington, 33, later left the gym and has kept the feud with ATT and their star fighters alive.

He told Submission Radio: “I didn’t want to bring up their name and give them any pub because they don’t deserve anything.

“They’re not this top team, and they’re not American because they don’t believe in freedom of speech. They kick someone out for freedom of speech.

"The energy that was in the gym every day, I didn’t want to complain and make those excuses, but it was bad.”

'I'M COMING FOR HIM'

He continued: “Everybody knows the history that I’ve had with some of those fighters – Journeyman Street Judas Masvidal, Doofus Dustin Poirier.

“The fake nice guy [Poirier]. The fake charitable family man, his little Jezebel of a wife.”

Covington's swipe means it is not the first time Poirier's partner Jolie has been dragged into a rivalry.

Before Conor McGregor's trilogy bout with her husband, the Irishman claimed she was messaging him on Instagram.

And after McGregor, 33, suffered a horror leg break before the end of round one and lost by doctor stoppage, he continued to goad Jolie.

Covington, who rematches welterweight champion Kamaru Usman, 34, at UFC 268, has called out Poirier to a grudge match.

He said: "Guys, there's only one fight to make after I absolutely destroy Marty Fakenewsman [Usman] and dump him on his head and give him a wedgie live in Madison Square Garden, November 6th.

"The only fight to make is me and Dustin 'The Soy boy', that's the only fight guys. Him and his family they are Louisiana swamp trash.

"He's a fake nice guy off-camera, he's a piece of s*** off camera. I've seen this guy, I know how he is, I've seen how he treats other people.

"He's a piece of s***, he's a dirtbag, I'm gonna expose him. He said he's on-site, I thought he was on-site guys, why is he quiet now?

"Because he knows I'm coming for him."
