Former Wisconsin F Nate Reuvers signs his first professional contract

Former Wisconsin forward Nate Reuvers is officially a professional basketball player. The Badger big signed on Saturday with Croatian powerhouse KK Cibona, a team that has regularly been in either the EuroCup or EuroLeague over the past few decades.

The all-time Wisconsin blocks leader will be heading to Zagreb, Croatia to begin his journey.

While 2020-21 was a difficult year for Reuvers, he flashed his potential in 2019-20, averaging a career-high 13.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and leading the Badgers in blocks.

KK Cibona last won the Croatian League in 2018-19 and will look to get back on top this year with the help of the former Badger big.
