Orlando police arrested a woman after an altercation turned to a shooting early Sunday morning. Orlando police arrested Monique Nicole James, 32, for shooting a man.Investigators said the incident stemmed from an physical altercation that happened at a restaurant on S Orange Avenue, near E Pine Street. The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition, but is expected to live.
