Tokyo Olympics schedule: Gymnastics men's team final, softball medal game, more on Day 3
Monday will be a busy day in Tokyo, with 28 of 33 sports competing on Day 3 of the Olympics.
The headliner will be the men's gymnastics team final, which will happen during Tokyo's primetime and air live in the U.S. early morning, and the U.S. men are set to compete. Brody Malone, Sam Mikulak, Yul Moldauer and Shane Wiskus will look to earn a medal in the team competition for the first time since 2008 when they earned bronze. The U.S. finished fourth in the qualifier behind Japan, China and the Russian Olympic Committee.
There will be other finals action throughout the day as well. Softball's gold-medal game will be played. Women's skateboarding will have it's first medal ceremony when the women's street competition concludes. Swimming will have multiple finals, and diving's men's synchronized platform competitors will see the podium.
