13 REASONS Why's Tommy Dorfman has been praised by The Crown's Emma Corrin and her co-stars after reintroducing herself as a trans woman.

On Thursday, the actress - best known for playing Ryan Shaver on the Netflix series - called her revealing interview with TIME a "reintroduction" as a woman following her "medical transition."

Tommy - who is keeping her moniker after being named after her late uncle - was immediately showered with love and support from her Netflix co-stars and fellow celebrities.

Brandon Flynn, who plays Justin Foley in 13 Reasons Why, wrote alongside Tommy's glamorous photoshoot snaps: "Love YOU!"

The Crown's Emma Corrin also shared a snap from the shoot on her Instagram Stories and wrote around it: "I AM SO PROUD OF YOU @tommy.dorfman.

"Thank you for being YOU, for sharing this. We see you, we love you."

"SHE IS EVERYTHING. A BEAUTIFUL HUMAN"

Model Cara Delevingne commented: "so proud of you my love!!!", while transgender model Munroe Bergdorf added: "Love you so much."

Fashion designer Marc Jacobs wrote: "She is everything. A beautiful human."

Tommy was overwhelmed by the support and wrote on her Instagram Stories: "Speechless, I love you all. thank you so much".

Tommy had told Time: "For a year now, I have been privately identifying and living as a woman—a trans woman."

Asked if the interview was her way of coming out, Tommy replied: "It’s funny to think about coming out, because I haven’t gone anywhere.

"I view today as a reintroduction to me as a woman, having made a transition medically.

"Coming out is always viewed as this grand reveal, but I was never not out. Today is about clarity: I am a trans woman. My pronouns are she/her. My name is Tommy."
