no voting is clearly a fundamental right of any American like I said before I don't care if you're homeless live on the street or whatever as long as you're not on parole probation or in prison you have a right to vote

Pretty obvious that we need to start teaching "civics" in school again. Too many American citizens have no understanding of the Constitution.

I lean towards the rigt but voting is not a privilege it's a right granted by the Constitution. A right for legally eligible voters
