Grenier plays family man Nick Brewer, who has a loving wife (Betty Gabriel) and two kids at home along with a beloved sister (Zoe Kazan).
His whole life comes crumbling down when he's abducted by mysterious forces who claim he's an abuser... with his life on the line.

The brief trailer establishes Nick as the all-around good guy he appears to be, dancing at his wedding with his wife and sister.
Nick and his wife Sophie are seen toasting champagne together at the wedding reception, while he's also seen at home with his son Kai (Jaylin Fletcher).

He's seen getting close with Sophie with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background, while also sitting on a park bench and hugging his sister, though there is a quick shot of him in captivity.
Nick is then seen talking to some friends at the wedding... though it's then suggested that he's also a 'liar.'
Nick is seen battered and bloodied, holding up a sign that reads, 'I abuse women.'
He holds up another sign that reads, 'At 5 million views I will die,' while we hear detectives asking, 'What was his mental state?'
A much more disturbing shot of Nick is seen, angrily arguing with his sister Pia, while his wife Sophie is also seen clearly distraught.
Pia insists, 'He is the victim here,' while Sophie is seen splashing water in another woman's face while a man's voice asks if Nick has ever been violent.
The trailer winds down with a number of quick shots as the view count on the video continues to grow as some wonder if Nick's video is, 'a confession.'
The trailer ends with Pia stunned, with the flash of sirens seen across her face, as another voice asks, 'What aren't you telling us?'
The last shot shows a number of Nick's social media posts, including one where a woman asks, 'Hey Nick. Did you get my pics?' Nick responds, 'I did! Looks like a blast!'
The eight-episode series, where, 'eight different points of view provide tantalizing clues to the perpetrator of a gruesome crime fueled by social media,' debuts August 25.
