That Lewis Hamilton-Max Verstappen Crash Still Doesn't Feel Right

Hamilton attempted an inside pass on the lead car touching his front wheel to rear wheel, causing a shunt that could have killed his lead competitor. Hamilton had room to avoid the shunt. (This is F1 not NASCAR). All he got was a 10 second penalty. He should have gotten a black flag.
