From the colourful to the frilly and unique, Jessica Rowe is wearing her old party dresses in lockdown.
The 51-year-old presenter takes photos of herself every night in a different dress and posts it to Instagram.
The former Studio 10 host revealed on Friday why she does this 'empowering' nightly ritual in an interview with The Daily Telegraph's Stellar.

'Dressing up makes me laugh and lightens my spirits, even though it might drive my family bananas,' she says.

Rowe admits though for her family it is a case of 'here she goes again.'
'I like to laugh at myself and be silly and carry on like a pork chop,' she continues.
Last week, Jess wore her engagement party dress. a piece she hadn't worn in more than 17 years since she got married to her husband, journalist Peter Overton, 55, in 2004.
The journalist says her husband is mostly 'oblivious' to her antics, but their two daughters, Allegra, 14, and Giselle, 12, pay more attention.
Rowe confesses that her daughter, Giselle, at one point asked her mother to 'resign' from her nightly ritual.
But the 51-year-old says the warm response she receives from followers on Instagram has convinced her to continue.
'If I can bring myself some joy, but also bring other people joy, I’ve done my job,' Jess says. 'We need joy and hope more than ever now. So if I can sprinkle a bit of that, it’s a good day.'
The former Network 10 host believes fashion helps to change the mood of the dire tone of the covid pandemic and 'lifts the spirits.'
