Earlier in June, Emma revealed in an interview with You Mag that she is worried it could be too late for her to conceive naturally, as she is now perimenopausal.

She told the magazine: 'I cried my eyes out. I thought, 'Is this the end?''

Describing the symptoms of perimenopause, which is the body's natural transition towards menopause, Emma said: 'I started to feel unbalanced and anxious.'

'At first I put it down to the pandemic, but then the anxiety became more regular, until it was daily.'

Emma researched her symptoms, which also included tiredness, and realised it could have been perimenopause.

Speaking about Mama You Got This, she admitted that she was moved to tears by Jade's contribution.

She said: 'His piece in this book made me cry because he's so honest...

'He's saying how those first couple of weeks, months, when you're breastfeeding - it's a very close moment for the mum and baby.'

His contribution detailed 'how he had to step back even though he just wanted to do everything,' Emma said.

'He was so wonderful because he looked after me, he took care of me and then was just there every second of every minute and he's brilliant.'
