Five England stars who could complete club transfers after Euro 2020 exit including Kane and Grealish to Man City

FIVE England stars could have decisions to make over their futures following their Euro 2020 final heartbreak at Wembley.

Gareth Southgate's squad are set to take a well-deserved summer break following their exploits in the penalty defeat to Italy last night.

During the tournament, Three Lions captain Harry Kane had insisted that he would deal with his club future after he finishes national duty.

But the Tottenham striker is just one of many England players that may be on the move following their standout displays over the past month.

Jadon Sancho has already agreed a £73million deal in principle to move to Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund.

Yet which of his international teammates could end up sealing transfers of their own? SunSport takes a look...

Harry Kane

The England captain insisted he was ignoring rumours about his club future during the tournament - and so it proved with his four goals.

But there will be no denying that Manchester City will now be ramping up their efforts to sign Kane following the end of Euro 2020.

SunSport revealed last month that Pep Guardiola's side have offered Spurs £100million for the 27-year-old as they look to replace Sergio Aguero.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is determined to keep Kane, who has three years left on a £230,000-a-week deal.

If the Premier League Golden Boot winner is allowed to go, rumours suggest the North Londoners are not interested in a swap deal.

Jack Grealish

Kane is not the only England hero that Champions League finalists City are keen on making a move for this summer.

SunSport revealed last month that Grealish's camp believe he can leave Aston Villa — paving the way for a £100m move to the Etihad.

The Villains have remained insistent they do not want to sell the 25-year-old, who has four years left to run on his current deal.

Yet with Grealish wanting to step up to Champions League football, Villa understand they cannot stand in his way.

And City are expected to make their move in July so the playmaker can begin pre-season training with them.

Kieran Trippier

The England defender has been linked with a return to a more permanent return to these shores despite a stunning season in Spain.

Trippier lifted the LaLiga title with Atletico Madrid but soon emerged as a key target for Manchester United.

His manager Diego Simeone is a huge fan of the Euro 2020 runner-up and does not want to see the 30-year-old leave.

But a £30m offer for Trippier could persuade them to sell with Arsenal even been linked with a surprise move for the ex-Spurs man.

West Ham are hoping to hold onto Declan Rice following interest from Chelsea

Declan Rice

England's midfield enforcer put clubs on alert after SunSport revealed he rejected two new contracts with West Ham.

The Hammers are desperate to tie the 22-year-old down to a new long-term contract amid interest serious from Manchester United and Chelsea.

And in a huge boost to the Blues - the club that released Rice as a teen - the 21-year-old has reportedly told friends he doesn't want to leave London.

The England international is best friends with Mason Mount while his dad and agent Sean is a Chelsea supporter.

But any hopes of a return to Stamford Bridge appear to have taken a dent with West Ham said to have put a £70million price tag on Rice.

Raheem Sterling

The City winger found himself the subject of transfer speculation amid Guardiola's plans for a big summer rebuild.

Arsenal and Real Madrid have both been linked with the England star in recent months - with Sterling even mentioned as a potential makeweight in a deal for Kane.

As revealed by SunSport, the Gunners are willing to stump up for his mammoth wages as they have done for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Real Madrid meanwhile, continue to monitor Sterling's situation - with the 26-year-old entering the final two years of his £300,000-a-week deal.

Yet it remains to been seen whether City decides to shelve any plans to sell the Boy from Brent following his Euro 2020 heroics for England.
