Britney Spears sends sister Jamie Lynn's kids a box of toys after weeks of fans' hate
Britney Spears sent her sister Jamie Lynn a box of toys for her kids after weeks of trolling from the pop star's fans.
Over the weekend, Jamie, 30, posted a photo of the goodies from her older sister on her Instagram Story.
The package included a box of toys, stuffed animals, a purse and other bits and bobs that the star sent to her two nieces Maddie Briann, 13, and Ivey Joan, three.
Jamie, who was thrilled with the box of toys, wrote on her Instagram that there is "nothing sweeter than coming home to a box full of goodies for my girls from their auntie".
It comes after Jamie pleaded with trolls to stop sending her and her children death threats after Britney's explosive testimony in court in recent weeks.
During the court hearing, Britney said she wanted to sue her entire family for the way she has been treated under her conservatorship.
This sparked a huge backlash against her little sister Jamie Lynn, who many accused of living off Britney.
In a post on Instagram, Jamie wrote: "Hi, I respect that everyone has the right to express themselves.
"But can we stop with the death threats, especially the death threats to children."
She signed her post, which was grey text written on a white background, "JLS".
In court, Britney made a number of shocking claims about her conservatorship, saying she had been forced to perform against her will and made to use birth control.
She also said she had been stopped from getting married or having any more children.
Britney was speaking to get her father removed from the conservatorship, which she has lived under since 2008 and gives him control of her financial and personal affairs.
Commenting on why she decided to speak out now, Britney said: "I honestly don’t think anyone would believe me. I thought people would make fun of me. I just want my life back. It’s enough."
"All I would honestly like is to sue my family [and] share my story with the world."
The judge ruled not to remove Jamie from the conservatorship, and he continues to be the sole conservator of his daughter's estate and wealth.
Jodi Montgomery remains as her co-conservator and oversees the singer's personal care.
The Mirror has contacted Britney's representative for a comment.
