A mum was left frightened and horrified when a stranger crept into her home at night to use her toilet. Kirsty MacDonald, 36, from West Midlands, was asleep on her sofa when she woke up to the sound of her toilet flushing, but before she could work out what was happening, a figure ran down the stairs and through her unlocked door.

that is trespassing, and as far as I know is illegal pretty much everywhere. Yes, there's a funny weird element to this come, but the absolute DANGER to the occupant is not funny at all. I'm a HUGE police supporter, but these cops need consequences for their unprofessionalism and failure to take legal action!

If you break into my house for any reason your family will regret it because I’m legally allowed to use deadly force and I will.

I guess police don't go to the responsible party an talk with them, anymore, concerning their actions, especially entering someone's home without permission, but especially how was done.
