Dan Quinn is a great person. It's difficult to know how well he can coach a defense. In Seattle, he came into a situation where he inherited a pretty good defense and he didn't mess it up. The defense was designed by Harbaugh. In Atlanta, Quinn didn't put his stamp on the defense. It seems that he was allowing his coordinators run the show. But, he was telling them what he wanted and thereby hampering his coordinators and the defense. Dallas should be the proof to determine if he is a good defensive mind as well as a good person or, just a good person. I wish him the best (except when he plays Atlanta...).
