OSHP identifies woman killed in Clark County rollover crash

SPRINGFIELD TWP., Clark County — One woman is dead following a rollover crash on Selma Pike in Springfield Twp., Clark County Monday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

OSHP identified the woman as 40-year-old Heather N. Snyder, of Springfield.

A preliminary investigation found the vehicle was traveling west on Selma Pike when it went off the roadway and overturned multiple times. It was not known why the woman lost control and other potential factors in the crash were still under investigation, Sgt. Ryan May of the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol told News Center 7.

The crash was reported around 3 p.m. in the 2700 block of Selma Pike, south of Old Clifton Road.

A crash reconstruction unit from the Ohio State Highway Patrol was requested to investigate the crash.
