RIVERSIDE — A 79-year-old man was critically hurt after being shot in the face in the 1000 block of Fairfax Avenue in Riverside Thursday night.
Officers responded to the shooting after 8 p.m.
Investigators said the incident was reported as an ongoing dispute between neighbors.
Stumpff is charged with two counts of felonious assault.
While investigating, police were able to arrest a suspect, Kenneth Stumpff, 62, of Riverside.
His bond was set at $150,000.
