Lee County is closing the doors to its vaccination site at the Edison Mall on Friday.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. — After administering more than 50,000 COVID-19 shots, the Lee County site at the old Sears location in the Edison Mall has moved to Lee County Florida Department of Health offices. Lee County closed the doors to its vaccination site at Edison Mall on June 18, but you won’t have to go far if you’re still hoping to get a shot. Starting Monday, June 21, people will be able to book an appointment at the FDOH Lee Campus located at 83 Pondella Road in North Fort Myers or the location at 3920 Michigan Avenue in Fort Myers. Vaccinations are by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (239) 461-6100 and selecting option 4. If you are homebound, you can email homeboundvaccine@em.myflorida.com for accommodations. If you have lost or misplaced your vaccine card and you received your COVID 19 vaccination from FDOH Lee, staff can provide you a copy of your vaccination record from Florida Shots. To request a copy, please call 239-461-6100.
