NEW ORLEANS, LA — The New Orleans Jesters will take on Tallahassee SC Saturday night (6/19) at Pan American Stadium. The gates will open at 6 PM, with kickoff set for 7 PM.

New Orleans are unbeaten in their last four matches with two wins and two ties. With that result, they are currently third in the NPSL Gulf Coast standings.

New Orleans Jesters Head coach Kenny Farrell said that the players have been playing fantastic in June, and they deserved the result that already achieved. He also noted that if the player continues with the same mindset, there's a reason that more positive results are coming.

"This is an important game for us and we will be doing our very best to play well and perform at a high level for our home fans," Farrell added.

The top four teams will advance to the postseason. New Orleans (3-2-3) are six points behind Southern States SC (6-3-0) but have played one less match.

The Jesters fought back to earn a 1-1 tie in their last match played last Saturday night on the road versus AFC Mobile.

Striker Sheldon Green tallied the lone Jesters goal, his team-leading fifth of the season.

Goalkeeper Lamoy Graham was unfortunate not to keep a fourth consecutive clean-sheet as he conceded his first goal this season. The AFC Mobile goal came from a deflected shot that looped over the goalkeeper into the top corner.

The New Orleans Jesters and Tallahassee SC met back on June 5 and played to a hard-fought 0-0 tie. Tallahassee (1-5-3) enters the game in 6th position in the Gulf Coast Standings.
