Thor star Chris Hemsworth proved he's his own best advertisement on Monday as he promoted his exclusive fitness app Centr.
The 37-year-old actor looked ripped in an incredible video of himself working out as he urged fans to sign up to Centr's new program, which launches later this month.
Showing off his bulging biceps in the clip, Chris said he's in the best shape of his life after filming the latest Thor installment, Thor: Love and Thunder.

'I've had a lot of questions about my prep and training for Thor over the years,' Chris' caption read.

He added in part of his post: 'From that I decided to design a fully guided program on how I achieved those results. Eat, train, sleep repeat! With our Centr Power program.'
In the video, which was directed by Anthony Rose using Blackmagic Design gear, Chris flaunts his muscles in a white singlet and tracksuit pants.
He can be seen doing a series of weights, medicine ball throws, plyo pushups, and strength training exercises with his personal trainer, Luke Zocchi.
Chris' video got more than 5 million views.
It's not the first time the actor has thrilled fans showing off his ripped physique.
In November, he went shirtless as he flipped a weighted exercise tyre , again to promote Centr.
The app includes at-home training, healthy wholesome recipes using pantry staples, meditations and sleep visualisations.
Chris' strength and conditioning coach previously revealed how Chris maintains his superhero shape year-round.
Joseph 'Da Rulk' Sakoda told SMARTdaily the actor follows his 'functional training' method, that can be done at home or the gym.
He explained that while it takes hard work to achieve and maintain a ripped physique like Chris, the everyday person can also reap benefits from his approach to fitness.
Joseph said the beauty in functional training is that you don't need weights, just your own body weight.
Chris has just wrapped filming the new Thor Installment, Thor: Love and Thunder.
The film is set to be released early next year.
