Fiona Falkiner welcomed her first child, son Hunter, with her fiancée Hayley Willis, earlier this year.
On Friday, the trio were paying tribute to their their 'rainbow family' with a post celebrating Pride Month.
In a photo shared to Instagram, the former Biggest Loser host, 38, and her sports reporter partner, 31, posed with their newborn baby boy.

Fiona wrote in her caption: 'Yay it's Pride month and @sodastreamau asked us to share our Rainbow Story.
'Well this is us, our little rainbow family filled with love and hope for the future'.
June is lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Pride Month, and celebrated annually to honour the 1969 Stonewall riots.
It comes after Fiona revealed she and Hayley are ready to become second time mothers.
'I think we are going to have another one pretty soon actually,' Fiona told Confidential.
In fact, the model added that she wants a large family with at least three children.
However it will be Hayley who will carry the couple's second child, Fiona told the publication.
'After the wedding we will get Hayley pregnant,' she said, adding, 'We will play it by ear but two or three kids would be amazing.'
Fiona and Hayley welcomed their son Hunter into the world on Monday, March 22.
