Tommy Fury shares calorie-loaded post-fight diet as he reunites with Molly-Mae Hague
Tommy Fury was giving fans full food envy as he shared snaps of his calorific post-fight diet.
Fresh from his boxing win over Jordan Grant at the Telford International Centre last weekend, the Love Island star took some much deserved time off to spend with his family and his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
And after a strict diet to get him match ready, Tommy clearly has been enjoying his new found freedoms.
Sharing videos and pictures of his meals with his 3.4 million Instagram followers, he uploaded snaps of a yummy looking Gourmet Burger Kitchen chicken burger, covered in cheese, with a side of chips as well as a huge chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pizza.
He finished off his meal with 12 Krispy Kreme doughnuts, filming the full box for his followers.
Tommy, 22, also gave fans an update on what he had got up to during his time off and how he was preparing for his next fight.
"Hey guys, just a few days off from here. I've been relaxing, enjoying some time with the family, enjoying some time with Molly - just taking the wheels off a little bit. I've had a look back at the fight, it was a very good fight for me," he said.
"It was a good win. [My opponent] was coming to win ... he tried very hard so all respect to him. There's a lot of improvements to be made on the fight. I'm going to go back to the gym and work on those things and the plan is just to get out as soon as we can."
And Tommy - whose brother is boxer Tyson Fury - vowed that there would be many more fights to come from him.
He said: "We'll see what dates are on the table and as soon as I know, you'll know."
"But as far as everything right now, I'm just enjoying some time off. Keep looking back at the fight and we'll get there. It was a good learning fight and I can't wait to get back there again and get the second fight underneath my belt and we keep building!"
