Here are some of the ice cream "bar-lors" you can try in South Florida for your next happy hour.

Quore Gelato 

The best of Italian gelato and world-class liquor, Quore offers an exquisite combination of the two treats. The Quore founders consulted with one of the world's most notorious gelatiers, Malcolm Stogo (credited to have invented the Cookies N' Cream flavored ice cream), to create their menu and bring some of the top gelato flavors to Miami.  

The menu includes distinct gelato combinations like Mango and Vodka, Ricotta and Cognac, Vanilla and Bourbon, Lemon and Champagne, and more.

Aubi and Ramsa

From the old-timey, Prohibition-style labels on the pints to the sleek four-seater bar, every detail at Aubi & Ramsa is carefully crafted to create an ambiance similar to that of an elegant cocktail bar, but with ice cream. The menu includes options such as White Chocolate Merlot, mezcal-infused Chocolate Azteca, Passion Fruit Margarita, as well as five vegan options. They separate all options by type of alcohol, and with 26 flavors, you're sure to find a flavor you fancy. 

This frozen dessert bar is exclusively for those 21 and up.

Wynwood Parlor 

A food truck turned ice cream parlor, Wynwood Parlor has gained the reputation of having some of the best ice cream sandwiches in Miami. They have specialized in hand-crafted ice cream made from small batched cookies, ice cream, and toppings for years. Now, they have officially released their new boozy collection of cocktail-infused ice cream sandwiches. The flavors in their latest collection are the Bourbon Caramel Fudge, the Piña Colada, the Miami Vice, and the Vanilla Old Fashioned.

The sandwiches are $7.50 each in-store with dozens of treats that both kids and adults will love. They also offer delivery options nationwide via third-party apps.

Spiked Rich Ice Cream & Shakes

Inspired by cocktails all over the world, Spiked Rich serves nitrogen ice cream creations and milkshakes infused with alcohol. You can create your very own boozy combinations with martini ice cream, or decadent milkshake served in giant souvenir light bulbs. Their menu includes creations such as Frisky Whiskey with chocolate salted caramel, Strawberry Daiquiri with ice cream and cheesecake, Tipsy Nutella with vodka, and more.

Other classic scoop shops in South Florida have been sneaking in alcohol-infused ice cream with limited-time flavors, such as Azucar Ice Cream in Little Havana with their "Boozy Flan ice cream" and Midtown Creamery in Midtown with coquito-Infused ice cream.
