Smoked trout, egg and potato salad recipe

Using the keta (salmon roe) does make it pricey, but I love those little bursts of saltiness against the potatoes and eggs. I use Steve's Leaves, from Waitrose, for the salad component (his bags of fennel tops and sweet leaves work perfectly).
