A thrifty bride has saved hundreds of dollars by using 75-cent candles from Kmart to create her own wedding favours for her guests.
Tayla, from Perth, Western Australia, said a business quoted her more than $400 after she inquired about getting 80 custom made candles for her wedding guests.
'So I thought... why not see if I can DIY instead?' she wrote in a Facebook group.

She purchased a mix of 80 salted caramel and lime and coconut scented candles, which cost her just $60.
To decorate the glass jars, she purchased four packs of 25 gold metallic stickers for $3 each and a set of two gold pens for just $3.
Her DIY budget creation cost her just $85 altogether, which also included the $10 delivery fee after she purchased the candles from Kmart's online store.
She spent about one hour handwriting the couple's names and stuck the stickers over the top of the existing labels.
Her post has since been liked more than 3,100 times, with hundreds of people praising her for her 'brilliant' idea.
'Great job, they look amazing! And what a great price, awesome,' one wrote, while another added: 'I love this. You've done an amazing job. They look so beautiful. Thank you for this awesome idea.'

Earlier this year, another bride also used 75 cent candles from Kmart to create personalised gifts as wedding favours for her guests.
She purchased a box of salted caramel scented candles and stuck personalised 'thank you' stickers on the side, in which she made on printing website VistaPrint.
To remove the original sticker from the glass jar, she sprayed the De-Solv-It multipurpose cleaner onto a cotton pad then wiped away the label.
While this proved to be a time-consuming process, she was more than happy with the end result.
