Graham drew comparisons between Anxhela, who wowed on stage in a silver bedazzled leotard, and the television personality.
Carol took to Twitter after the joke and wrote: 'I think I might make the top 6... what do you think? Albania... Eurovision... Got all the smoke I could muster from Argos'.
The smoke machine was in reference to Anxhela's performance, as the singer sang and danced surrounded by a haze of smoke, with her long brunette tresses looking almost identical to Carol's signature locks.
And it wasn't just Graham who spotted their similarity, with several people taking to social media to draw attention to comparison.

The UK's Eurovision 2021 hopeful is James Newman, a 35-year-old BRIT award winner.
Earlier this week James was given odds of just 200/1 by Betfair to win the 65th annual Eurovision Song Contest, with the final taking place on 22nd May.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said of his chances: 'Brit hopeful James Newman has gone from 125/1 to 200/1 to win the Eurovision Song Contest following some strong semi-final performances, meaning victory for the United Kingdom looks out of reach for another year.'
On several occasions during the programme Graham became emotional as he discussed the struggle people across the world have experienced as a result of Covid-19.
Opening the show he also began to feel emotional as he told to the UK audience: 'Finally we are here. It's a really emotional night.
'If I start blubbering at any time, apologies, because I am all over the place.
'There is so much joy and celebration here that this contest is back on and we're all here together tonight.'
