The price guide for the home is between $640,000-$690,000, with the movables available for an extra $50,000.
Real estate agent Prince Singh from Augment Real Estate told Daily Mail Australia the vendor selling the home bought the furniture from the sheik with the house.
He said the style of the property matched the fittings, which includes a giant gold vanity and chair, thick curtains and lush lounges.
'[The] furniture is very expensive and gives that rich look to the house,' he said.
'Curtains of the house compliment the furniture, and there is no carpet in the house as it is all timber laminate and porcelain tiles.'
