Looking for some delicious vegan food in Las Vegas? While just a couple short years ago, you would have had to settle for an order of French fries at a coffee shop cafe, hoping they were cooked only in vegetable oil, there are now plenty of options for you non-meat eaters out there!

  1. Vege Nation -- This 100% plant-based restaurant serves a variety of fruit and vegetable heavy dishes, as well as some comfort food. Chef Donald Lemperle was raised in New York, spending a great deal of time in his family-owned restaurant, and he’s put his vegan spin on several classic dishes. Whether you’re in the mood for a smoothie or a cheeseburger, Vege Nation has you covered.
  2. Tacotarian -- This restaurant is all their name says: tacos and tacos. It’s a plant-based vegan taco shop, with the chef concepts originating from Mexico City. The owners don’t list themselves by name on their website, and after explaining their desire to be a little more out of the spotlight, they offer a cute quip: “In the end, I’m a tacotarian, you’re a tacotarian, we’re all just TACOTARIANS.” If you’re in the mood for some plant-based Mexican food, this is your spot!
  3. D E Thai Kitchen -- While this is not a plant-based restaurant, there are plenty of options on their menu suitable for vegans and those eating gluten-free. The staff is very sensitive to these alternative eating styles and are more than happy make sure your order is only made from plants. So if you’re in the mood for a vegan Pad Thai or a mango and sticky rice desert, D E Thai Kitchen will deliver your wholesome goodness!
