Rooftop Popup With Pure Barre
Pure Barre announces a rooftop popup class in Downtown Detroit. The popup class will be located at The Lofts of Merchants Row. This rooftop popup class will happen on Thursday, May 13 at 7 P.M at Merchants Row Detroit located at 1247 Woodward Ave. Detroit, MI. Bring a yoga mat and water along with Bala weights if you have them.

Classic: The fastest and most effective full body workout is Pure Barre's Classic class. Low-impact, high-intensity movements will transform, strengthen and tone your body like never before using excercise bands, a double tube and ball which are all used and provided in each class.
Pure Reform: Targets, strengths and defines all major muscle groups. Strength and coordination are challenged as this resistance training, total body workout uses resistance bands, sliders and well of course, the barre, to transform your muscles for 50 minutes.
Pure Empower: A fusion of barre and interval training, Pure Empower will not only give you the cardio you are looking for, it will also elevate your heart rate as you work on interval training to build strength. For 45 minutes, you’ll use multi-directional, dynamic movements with ankle weights and a plyometric platform as you focus on different muscle groups.
