Looking down the Liverpool team sheet you will see several world class players. From Mohamed Salah up front to the best defender in the world, Virgil van Dijk, in the back line. However, Harvey Elliott's admission on who has impressed him the most may surprise Liverpool supporters.

The 18 year-old winger is currently on loan with Championship side Blackburn Rovers Football Club. The young winger is having a fantastic campaign with six goals and 12 assists in all competitions. When speaking on the Counter Attack podcast, Harvey Elliott revealed which Liverpool player has impressed him the most.

"Being around Mo Salah, Van Dijk, Henderson, the list goes on, all of the squad are amazing. Which one impressed me the most? Firmino. When he is on the ball, you can't get it off him. He is a joke."

The young winger went on to say that all of the Brazilian's in the club have the same ability on the ball, even Alisson Becker.

"It's a Brazilian thing. They are all technically so good, Fabinho and even Alisson whenever they are on the ball. Everyone has their different qualities and you can see why they are one of the best teams in the world. They have talent and skill and all work 100%."

"But when I first saw Firmino, I was just dazed watching him as what he was doing with the ball was unbelievable."

Liverpool will be hoping that Roberto Firmino can begin to impress the supporters on the pitch once more as they fight for what seems like an impossible task of finishing in a top four position.
