Emma Bunton gushes over son Tate who brings 'joy and light' as he turns 10
Former Spice Girls star Emma Bunton wrote a sweet birthday message to her son Tate as she celebrates turning 10 today.
The mum-of-two couldn't stop gushing over her second child as she revealed she and husband Jade Jones are "proud" to have him as a son, for bringing them "joy and light" each day.
Emma also claimed he is "going to change the world for the good".
In a heartfelt post on her Instagram, she penned: "Happy birthday my beautiful Tate, 10 today! We are so proud to be your mummy and daddy. You bring joy and light to us everyday!"
She continued: "Tate, you are going to change this world for the good my darling. We love U," the singer added.
Emma uploaded a gorgeous snap of Tate, who was clutching a display of balloons.
He didn't appear to look at the camera, as the lovely photo was taken by his mum off-guard.
In the comments, some of Emma's former Spice Girls pals left their birthday wishes for Tate.
Victoria Beckham wrote: "Happy birthday x we love u xxx."
Mel C, also known as Sporty Spice, added: "Happy Birthday Tate!!!! 10! I can't believe it!!!! Have an amazing day xxxxx."
I'm A Celeb star Giovanna Fletcher shared: "Happy birthday Tate!!!!" with lots of heart emojis.
Emma recently revealed she suffers with working mum guilt while raising her children.
The songstress told the Not Another Mummy podcast that she often wonders whether she is "doing the right thing" in relation to her work/life balance.
She told the host that she didn't realise that as soon as Beau, 13, and Tate were born she would be questioning whether she was at home or work enough.
"All those things go through your head but I love being a working mum. I love my kids watch me have this work ethic.
"I work hard but I also do make sure that weekends are precious. I love watching my little boy play football, my other little boy goes to dance classes.
"If I can be there for the important things, the simple things, the bedtimes, the storytelling, the cuddles, the kisses. I am so lucky."
