She loves a top knot! Amy Shark rocks her signature hairstyle as she stuns in all black at the APRA Awards in Sydney
She soared to fame after releasing her debut album, Love Monster, back in 2018.
And on Wednesday, Amy Shark looked every bit a musical superstar as she sauntered up the red carpet of the APRA Music Awards in Sydney.
The 34-year-old Everybody Rise singer donned her signature top-knot hairstyle while sporting an all-black ensemble as she posed up a storm on the red carpet.
While half her hair sat bunched on her head, the other half cascaded down her shoulders like chocolate butter as she placed her hand on her hip for the camera.
Amy wore minimal makeup on her gorgeous visage, highlighting her cheeks with a touch of shimmer and accentuating her eyes with a dark eyeliner.
She looked truly amazing in a black high-neck top, which she teamed with a sassy black denim skirt.
Amy teamed the look with a pair of black chunky shoes, which featured a pretty blue star embellishment on top.
Indeed, like Amy Winehouse's iconic beehive, Shark has become known for her quirky top-knot hairstyle she loves to wear for all occasions.
For both the ARIA Awards in 2018 and 2020 she donned the very same look, while she also sported a similar style while performing at the 2020 NRL Grand Final.
While Amy is quite the superstar now, she recently shared a throwback post to Instagram reflecting on how much her days have changed since dominating the music charts.
Sharing a picture of herself playing guitar at a corporate event, she wrote: 'Seven years ago I was playing in bars with nude poster girls behind me.'
A second image saw Amy performing in front of a whopping crowd in 2019.
'The 2nd photo was last year. All of us singing and dancing and hugging,' she described the picture.
