Natalie Barr was officially confirmed as Samantha permanent replacement on Channel Seven's Sunrise on Sunday.
In a statement on Sunday, she told viewers she's looking forward to stepping into Samantha's shoes.

'I like to think of it as same same, but different. I can't wait!' Natalie said.
As of Monday, Natalie will sit alongside co-host David 'Kochie' Koch on the panel as she makes her official debut in the coveted role.

She had announced her resignation live on air last Monday, saying she wanted to step back from TV to spend more time with her family.
