As any woman will tell you, achieving the perfect at-home home tan can be quite a challenge.
And Love Island host Sophie Monk has revealed her top beauty hack for getting the perfect golden glow every time.
The 41-year-old explained on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday that she gets her fiancé, Joshua Gross, to spray fake tan on her while she is naked in the shower.

'You know what we've started doing, because I'm working on Beauty and the Geek and I'm so white, he started spray tanning me,' she said.

Radio host Kyle Sandilands cheekily asked if she wears 'paper undies' while Joshua gives her the spray tan.
'Well not with him, I get to go nude. We do it in the shower,' Sophie replied.
Sophie announced her engagement to neurosurgical robotics consultant Joshua on January 15, after weeks of rumours he'd secretly proposed.
She recalled the moment her partner popped the question on Christmas Day, in a Valentine's Day-themed photo shoot for Stellar magazine last month.
'He knelt down, and I just said yes before he even asked. He's like, "Hang on, I've got stuff to say!" and I'm just like, "It's good, yes!' And then I cried," she said.
Meanwhile, Joshua admitted he'd been a 'little heartbroken' when paparazzi photos emerged of himself leaving a Sydney jeweller in November, spoiling the surprise.
'I was a little heartbroken when I saw [the photos]. I'd gone through six months of cloak-and-dagger secrecy to get this done without Sophie knowing because I wanted her to have a good surprise,' he said.
