Sophie Monk finally confirmed her engagement to her beau, Joshua Gross, on January 15, after weeks of rumours he proposed.
And the Love Island Australia host 41, recalled the moment that the neurosurgical robotics consultant, 42, popped the question on Christmas Day, in a Valentine's Day-themed photo shoot for Stellar magazine this weekend.
'He knelt down, and I just said yes before he even asked. He's like, 'Hang on, I've got stuff to say!' And I'm just like, 'It's good, yes!' And then I cried,' an emotional Sophie said.

Joshua admitted to Stellar that he was a 'little heartbroken' when paparazzi shots emerged of himself leaving a Sydney jeweller in November, spoiling the surprise.
'I was a little heartbroken when I saw [the shots]. I'd gone through six months of cloak-and-dagger secrecy to get this done without Sophie knowing because I wanted her to have a good surprise,' he said.

The couple, who met on a long-haul flight from San Francisco to Australia back in 2018, told Stellar they plan on hosting a big engagement party in Sydney, while the wedding will most likely be an intimate affair.
One thing that is certain is the genetically blessed pair's plans to have children.
'We'd like a family, for sure. It's just about timing,' Sophie told Stellar, going on to add that they'll 'play it by ear' with their work schedules.
Back in July, Sophie admitted she was hoping Joshua would propose, sharing a telling message on Instagram for their two-year anniversary.
'Happy anniversary @joshuargross, I can't believe you've put up with me for 2 years,' she wrote.
'I love you so much and you're my best friend in the world... I can't wait to marry you (hint hint)'.
Sophie has openly expressed her desire to marry Joshua, having previously confessed to The Daily Telegraph that she's been 'pushing every day'.
The blonde bombshell, who rose to fame when she joined the now-defunct pop band Bardot in 2000, has made headlines over the past twenty years for her love life.
Sophie was previously engaged to Good Charlotte's Benji Madden and businessman Jesse Esberg, and was once linked to a bevy of American stars including Kevin Connolly, Russell Simmons and Joe Francis.
She even tried her hand at love on the 2017 season of The Bachelorette Australia, where she had an ill-fated romance with the show's winner Stu Laundy.
