The Oscar winner filed legal documents at a Los Angeles court house on Wednesday, but it's unclear precisely when he wed the Romanian-born beauty - according to TMZ.
At 62, Tim is believed to be around 33 years older than Gratiela, who graduated from the University of Bucharest in 2012 - according to LinkedIn.

That would mean Brâncuşi is about the same age as Robbins' sons Jack Henry, 31; and Miles Guthrie, 28; from his 23-year relationship with Susan Sarandon.
The May-December duo met in 2016 while working at his 40-year-old nonprofit theater company The Actors' Gang where Gratiela is marketing coordinator and Tim is artistic director.

In 2010, the 74-year-old Oscar winner discussed her 2009 split with Robbins, which angered fans of the longtime acting couple who never married.
'People were coming up to me in the street and saying, "I cried and cried when I heard." Well, I was sadder!' Susan told The Telegraph.
'I didn't think it would ever happen, either. You bring people into your life at certain times. Maybe you have a relationship to have children and you realize that it's fulfilled after that point.'
Career-wise, the three-time Golden Globe winner last starred as a Trump-inspired character in a satire podcast called Bobbo Supreme on Patreon last October.
