An elderly man has died in hospital after slipping on a kerb at a McDonald's restaurant and striking his head on a car exiting the drive-through.
The 89-year-old man from Kingswood slipped on a nearby kerb before hitting a slow moving Toyota sedan at a McDonald's in Melrose Park, Adelaide, on Wednesday.
The man was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre with minor injuries by emergency services before noon.

But South Australia Police told Daily Mail Australia that the man died late Thursday morning.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
