Marcondes, 25, current deal, signed on his arrival in 2018, expires next summer and talks have been held over an extension.

Marcondes played a significant role for Brentford last season, making 25 appearances, as they reached the play-off final where they lost out to neighbours Fulham.
He has continued to feature regularly this season, appearing in 19 of the 23 games for Thomas Frank’s side.
